FY 2027 Appropriations Request for BLS

The Friends of BLS have sent our FY27 Appropriations Request letter to the Chairs and Ranking Members of the Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Subcommittees on both the House and Senate Side. The requested allocation for FY 2027 is $754 million which represents a significant increase that is necessary to advance critical initiatives such as modernizing existing systems at BLS.
